摘要
目的:用滤膜荧光法检测大肠菌群,并将该法与标准滤膜法进行比较。方法:将菌种于肉汤培养基中培养至对数生长期,稀释,用微孔滤膜过滤,将滤膜置于含MUGAL的培养液的衬垫上,置37℃培养,在不同时间取出观察,并作荧光斑点扫描。结果:经实验室模拟水样和列车餐车水样检验,滤膜荧光法和标准滤膜法结果无差别。结论:滤膜荧光法与标准滤膜法相比具有快速。
Objective:Filter membrane fluorometry(FMF) was applied the determination of total coliforms,and its results were compared with standard filter membrane method(SM).Method:Cells was cultured in broth until their logarithmic growth time come,they get soluted and filtered with micropore membrane.Then,filter membrane was put in liner containing MUGAL at 37℃,taken out/to be observed at different time,and scaned with fluorometer.Results:The results determinated with FMF were all the same as SM in the simulated water samples in the laboratory and samples in a dining car on the train.Conclusion:MF,as compared with SM,is more rapid,and MF is especially adapted to determination on the scene.
