摘要
[目的]探讨痰热清注射液治疗慢性肺纤维化合并肺炎的临床效果。[方法]将124例患者随机分成治疗组(62例)和对照组(62例),在基础治疗的同时,治疗组加用痰热清注射液。观察治疗前后症状轻重及有无不良反应,测定白细胞计数,比较其结果及疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率90.3%,对照组总有效率74.2%(P<0.05)。[结论]痰热清注射液治疗慢性肺纤维化合并肺炎效果好,不良反应少。
[Objective]To observe the clinical cure effect of Tanreqing injection on chronic pulmonary fibrosis combined with pncumonia. [Method] Randomly divide 124 cases into treatment group（62） and control one（62）, on the basis of basic treatment, the treat ment group is added with Tanreqing injection. Observe the symptoms and side effects before and after treatment, measure white cell count, compare their results and effects. [Result] The treatment group had total effective rate 90.3%, and control one 74.2% （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Tanreqing injection has good cure effect on chronic pulmonary fibrosis combined with pneumonia, with little side effect.
