摘要
[目的]探讨宫颈糜烂有效治疗途径。[方法]对50例微波术后宫颈糜烂者采用中药柏冰散敷于疮面,并与30例常规微波术治疗对照。[结果]术后10周复查。治疗组中痊愈,显效,有效,无效分别为43,4,3,0例,试验组总有效率100%;对照组分别为18,10,2,0例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中药柏冰散对慢性宫颈炎微波治疗后促进疮面愈合,减少阴道排液量,出血量有明确疗效。
[objective] To explore the methods to cervical erosion. [Method] Take TCM Baibing Powder on the sore face of 50 cases operated with microwave, compared to 30 cases of normal microwave operation. [Result] Re-examined them after 10d, in the treatment group, the cure, marked effective, effective and invalid cases were 43, 4, 3 and 0 respectively, the total effective rate was 100%; they were separately 18, 10, 2 and 0 for another group; there＇s difference of statistical meaning after comparison（P〈 0.05 ）. [Conclusion] TCM Baibing Powder has definite cure effect on sore healing, reducing vaginal lifting rate and bleeding amount of chronic cervieitis treated with microwave.
