实验性脑出血大鼠脑内ICAM-1表达及脑溢安的保护作用

摘要 [目的]研究实验性脑出血大鼠脑内ICAM-1表达的变化及脑溢安对其的影响。[方法]Ⅶ型胶原酶立体定位法建立大鼠脑出血模型,分别观察ICAM-1原位杂交和Western blot的变化及脑溢安对其的干预作用。[结果]模型组可见ICAM-1表达增强,脑溢安能明显降低ICAM-1的表达(P<0.01)。[结论]实验性脑出血大鼠脑内ICAM-1表达增强,脑溢安对其具有保护作用。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of Naoyi'an (NYA) on the expression of ICAM-1 in the brain of rats with experimental in tracerebral hemorrhage. [Methods] The rats model of intraeerebral hemorrhage was prepared by type Ⅶ collagenase injected into globus pallidus under stereotaxic apparatus. Then,the expression of ICAM-1 with or without intervention with NYA was determined in the brain of these animals respectively by in situ hybridization and western blot technique. [Results] Among the modeling animals, the expression of ICAM-1 was increased after the operation. In contrast, the expression of ICAM-1 was significantly down-regulated in the rats treated by NYA(P〈0.01). [Conclusion] The ICAM-1 expression was significantly up-regulated in the brain of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage, while NYA can down regulate the expression of ICAM-1.
