摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在肠道肿瘤患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将339例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组161例采用传统护理模式，观察组178例采用舒适护理模式。结果两组患者主观舒适度比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论将舒适护理运用于结直癌患者围手术期，能提高患者的舒适度，充分体现了“以人为本，以病人为中心”整体护理内涵。
Objective To evaluate the effects of applying comfort care theory into nursing perioperative patients with colonreetal cancer. Methods 339 patients diagnosed with colonrectal cancer were randomized into experimental group and control group. The traditional nursing model was used in control group including 161 patients, and the comfort care model was applied in experimental group with 178 patients. Results There was a significant difference in patients＇subjective satisfaction with comfort between the two groups （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusions The application of comfort care theory in nursing perioperative patients with eolonrectal cancer can improve patients＇ satisfaction with comfort, representing the connotations of people -oriented and patient- centered holistie nursing.
