摘要
扎实推进厂务公开民主管理工作,是构建劳动关系和谐企业的重要举措之一。当前要抓住影响劳动关系稳定的重点问题,不断深化和拓展厂务公开民主管理工作。企业工会要明确自身在厂务公开民主管理工作中的定位和作用,创造性地开展工作,推动这项工作取得实效,从而为推动劳动关系和谐企业的构建作出应有贡献。
Pushing forward with efforts the democratic management of factory affairs is one of the important measures to build a harmonious labor relation enterprise. At present, we should grasp the key problems that affect the stability of labor relations, and constantly deepen and expand democracy in the management of factory affairs. Enterprise unions should know clearly their own positions and roles in democratic management of factoryaffairs, creatively work to promote this task to achieve tangible results so as to make its due contribution to promoting the building of harmonious labor relations of enterprises.
