摘要
通过对药品召回机制的构建、企业首次药品召回能力、相关法律基础及政府责任等问题进行探讨,为政府和企业全面推行药品召回制度、保障公众用药安全提供借鉴。
To promote the drug recall system for safety of the public medication, the topics of recall system construction, enterprise ability of the first drug recall, the legal basis, and the issue of government responsibility are discussed.
