开关电流电路主要误差的改善

摘要 开关电流电路是一种新型的数据采样技术。针对开关电流电路中的时钟馈通误差与传输误差进行详细分析,构造出一种调整型共源共栅结构的S2I开关电流存储单元,并用HSpice进行仿真,与基本的开关电流存储单元的性能和Matlab中的理想波形进行对比。结果表明该电路性能大大提高,精确完成了对输入波形的采样-保持。 The switched- current circuit technology is a new type data sampled technology. The transmission and clock feedthrough errors are analyzed, a regulated - cascoded S^2I memory cell is proposed and simulated by HSpice. Comparing to performance of basical switched- current memory cell and ideal waveform in Matlab,The results show that the quality of circuit is improved. It obviously reduces the errors and can sample the signal accurately.
