分析了教学楼对于抗震不利的几个特点,总结了在地震中导致教学楼发生破坏的主要原因。介绍了震后校舍的抗震性能评估方法和评估流程,通过采用该评估方法可以对震后教学楼进行归类,然后依照评估结果依次进行补强。这为震后加固和重建提供了一个很好的参考,具有很重大的实际意义。
The disadvantages of school buildings in earthquake resistance were analyzed and the maim causations of school building collapse in earthquake was summarized here. A evaluation method of school buildings after earthquake was introduced in detail. It provides a good way to estimate the capacity of building after earthquake and really make sense to structural rebuild.
