摘要
结合MCS染缸的特点,开发了针织面料短流程染整工艺;在此基础之上,通过建立冷却水、冷凝水回收系统,染色工艺中央控制系统,改造燃煤锅炉为有机热载体炉导热油炉,增加有机热载体炉烟道废热回收再利用装置,实现了生产系统能量的优化,每吨针织面料可节约1.46t标准煤。
By utilizing the characteristics of MCS vat dye , a shorter dyeing and finishing process of knitted fabrics has been developed; furthermore, through the establishment of cooling water and condensate water recovery system, dyeing central control system, innovation of the coal-fired boiler, installation of an additional heat recover-ing plant, optimal use of energy of the system is achieved.
