摘要 以廉价原料丙醛制备了标题化合物。以丙醛与2-溴丙烷格氏试剂反应,经水解生成2-甲基-3-戊醇,后经50%过氧化氢氧化得标题化合物,总收率73%。 2-Methyl-3-pentanone was synthesized by using cheap propionaldehyde as the starting material. The process for the preparation of 2-methyl-3-pentanone comprised reacting propi- onaldehyde with the Grignard reagent-2-bromopropane and subse- quent oxidating the hydrolyzed reaction product with 50% H2O2, resulting in an overall product yield of 73 % .
