摘要
在传统制茶工艺中引入计算机智能自动控制技术,以单片机为控制单元,以温度、湿度作为主要的信息采集参数,通过对汽热杀青工艺的建模和分析,拟定了控制器的控制规则与参数,实现了绿茶杀青工艺中温度、湿度、速度(杀青时间)多因素联合控制。
In traditional tea cooking processing has adopted computer intelligent control system which takes monolithic computer as control unit, temperature, humidity as main information collect parameters, tea cooking craftwork is studied detailed through system modeling and analyzing, set the control rule and parameters for controller as a result, the intelligent control system can combination control with multi-factor such as temperature, humidity and cooking time.
