摘要
浇口位置在注塑成型过程中起关键性作用。文章介绍专业注塑模分析软件-MPI在电话机注塑模具浇口位置设计的应用,从产品的填充时间、注射压力和冷却时间等方面对不同的浇口设计方案进行对比。分析表明,方案一的浇口位置具有填充时间短、注射压力小,熔接线和气穴数量少的优点,是较佳的浇口位置方案。
Gate position of mould takes more importance inthe process of injection molding for telephone plastics parts. This paper introduced the application of the plastic flow analyzing sofiware-MPI in gate injection mould design, and made a comparative analysis of different gate design plans based on fill time, injection pressure and cooling time. Analysis showed that the gate position design in the first plan has advantages of short fill time, low injection pressure with less weld lines and air traps. It' s a better gate position design plan.
