摘要
中国13亿人口与有限土地资源之间的矛盾,巨大的能源消耗量与能源短缺之间的矛盾,是影响经济和社会发展的两大重要因素。我国有限的土地资源中,有多少面积可以用以种植能源作物引起了广泛关注。在结合我国国情基础上,本文分析了西部土地贫瘠地区种植生物能源作物的可行性以及所面临的问题,并且提出了解决的措施。

On the basis of the national conditions of China, problem and feasibility are analyzed about planting energy crops at the poor soil area in the west of China and some measures to solve the problems are proposed.
