摘要
在分析铁通公司资源管理现状的基础上,综合应用地理信息系统技术(GIS),为铁通公司提供一套完整资源管理系统。阐述了系统设计的意义,介绍了系统设计和系统功能结构,对系统开发平台所涉及到的关键技术MapX,Oracle Spatial进行了详细的介绍。该系统实现了资源管理可视化操作,空间数据与属性数据的统一管理等功能。
Basing on analysis of CRC resource management status, the integrated application of modern technology of Geography Information System （GIS） is used to build a comprehensive resource management system for CRC. This paper introduced the significance of system design, describes its design, function,and structure, and describes the key technologies used for MapX and Oracle Spatial. This system completes the function of the visual resource management operation, unified management of spatial data.
