Research on Building a Two-Level Teaching Administration System in Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校教学管理活动不同于普通高校,对市场的贴近性要求高职院校的教学管理有其特殊性,文章针对此特殊要求提出两级教学管理要明确管理的重点和职责,管理重心要下移,同时结合高职院校历史背景的状况提出对资源进行结构性重组可能解决现实中的若干难题,最后对两级教学管理的制度建设提出了详尽的看法。 Teaching administrative activities in vocational colleges are different from those in fouryear colleges, as the market-geared characteristics of vocational education require that teaching activities be administered differently in vocational colleges. Based on the special requirement, this article puts forward the mode of a two-level teaching administration system with clear and respective key administrative aspects and responsibilities, and with the focus of administration being shifted downward. In view of the historical background of vocational colleges, the article holds that a reconstruction of the existing resources may help solve practical problems. The article comes up with particular ideas concerning the construction of the two-level teaching administration system.
