摘要
实现旅游业可持续发展有赖于完善科学的资金扶持。本文对照国际通行的旅游业可持续发展标准、原则对阳朔旅游业现状进行了初步分析,就资金扶持当中存在的主要问题进行了归纳,提出了参照国际经验,建立符合阳朔旅游业可持续发展的金融政策与机制,包括法律法规体系、外部约束机制、正向激励机制、信贷政策评估机制和国际合作机制等,解决阳朔旅游业可持续发展资金扶持中存在的各种问题,促进阳朔旅游业健康发展。
A scientific and sufficient funding support is crucial to the sustainable development in tourism industry. Based on the international criteria and principle for sustainable development, the paper is to do a preliminary analysis on the tourism industry in Yangshuo, probe into the main problems in its funding support, and then offer suggestions of establishing a financial Policy and System, such as a system of law and regulation, an external restraint system, a positive incentive system, an assessment on credit policy, an international cooperation system, solve the varied problems in the funding support to a sustainable tourism development in Yangshuo, and promote the healthy development of local tourism.
