摘要
对竞争情报的产生背景及几个重要概念进行了介绍,并对国内外竞争情报的研究动态进行了综述。分析了竞争情报的研究方法,并对国内的几个竞争情报系统进行比较。
This paper has made an introduction on the background and definition of competitive intelligence, also makes a summarization on the trends of competitive intelligence. In the article, an analysis has been made on the competitive intelli- gence study methods. At the same time, the author has compared several domestic competitive intelligence systems.
