摘要
报告了104例高龄非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植手术患者呼吸系统的围手术期护理。本组术前通过系统的健康教育和呼吸功能训练,积极治疗合并症,改善患者的心肺功能,使患者以最佳状态接受手术治疗。术后严密监测生命体征,加强呼吸道护理,防止并发症,严格无菌技术操作,保证手术的安全性。
To summarize perioperative nursing of the respiratory system of 104 aged patients undergoing off-pump CABG. Proper health education and respiratory function training preoperatively ,aggressive treatment of the complications were used to improve patients cardiac-pulmonary function. In postoperative period,monitoring of the patient＇s vital signs ,intensive care of respiratory system ,and careful sterile operation to prevent the complications were the focus of postoperative care.
