油松半同胞家系几个性状遗传参数的初步估测

摘要 本文对油松半同胞家系一年生苗的几个主要性状——苗高、地径、针长、叶子叶数、场圃发芽率,发芽速度和脱壳速度的遗传力,变异系数及遗传增益做了估测和分析,阐明了油松数量性状遗传的几点规律。结果表明,一年生苗高、地径的遗传力都不很高(h^2苗高=33.1%,h^2地径=31.3%),对其进行早期选择没有多大可靠性,既便是入选率降为1%,遗传增益也不超过3~4%,而子叶数目,脱壳速度的遗传力较高(h^2子叶数=68.8%,h^2脱壳速度=53.4%),而且与苗高,地径具有较为紧密的相关性,可以根据这两个指标,对苗木作早期间接选择,可望获得较为理想的改良效果。 In this paper,the heritability,coefficient of variation,and the genetic advance of several main characters of one-year-old seedlings of Pinus Tabulaeformis Carr.are estimated.The main characters include the height of seedling,the diameter of the rhizosphere,the length of needles,the number of cotyledon,the nursery germination percentage,the germination speed and the shelling speed.Some genetic laws of quantitative characters of Pinus Tabulaeformis Carr.are verified.The experimental results demonstrate that the heritability of the height and the diameter of the rhizosphere of one-year-old seedlings are not high(for the height,h^2=33.1%,for the diameter,h^2=31.3%), so they are not reliable for early seedling selection directly.Even though the rate of selection is 1%,the genetic gain does not exceed 3—4%.However,the heritability of the number of cotyledons and the shelling speed are higher than that of the former two characters(for the number of cotyledon,h^2=68.8%, for the shelling speed,h^2=53.4%).These two characters are closely correlated with the height and the diameter of the rhizosphere.Hence,one can make an early selection of seedlings indirectly based on these two characters.
