摘要
本试验采用 ELISA 双抗体夹心法通过对40只 SPF 鸡、70只自然感染马立克病病鸡,鸡新城疫、鸡白痢,禽慢性呼吸道病及禽白血病病鸡羽毛囊抗原的检测,以标准马立克病毒(MDV)作对照,初步认为本法具有特异,检出率高的特点,可以用于鸡马立克氏病的诊断。
This study was carried out by using ELISA double antibody sandwich method to detect the feather follicular antigens of 40 specific pathogen-free (SPF) chickens and 70 natural infected chickens including those with Marek's disease,Newcastle disease,Fullorosis,chronic respiratory disease and Avian Leukosis,the standard Marek's virus being used as the control treatment.This method was preliminarily considered to be of characteristic in specificity and high detection rates,and recommended for the use of diagnosis of Marek's chicken disease.
