摘要
总结了75例重症中暑并发多系统器官功能衰竭的临床特点。其中男性33例,女性42例;年龄20～93(X=60.97±18.12)岁。重症中暑并发多系统器官功能衰竭的易发因素是老龄、慢性基础疾患及产妇。本组患者病死率为60％,病死率基本上随受损系统器官数目的增多及体温的增高而上升。各系统器官衰竭的顺序依次为循环、中枢神经、代谢、呼吸及肾、胃肠、肝等。
Clinical features in 75 patients with severe heat stroke complicated with multiple system organ failure (MSOF) were summarized. Of the 75 patients,33 were male and 42 female, with their age ranging from 20 to 93 years(X=60. 97±18. 12 years). The predisposing factors of severe heat stroke complicated with MSOF were aging, chronic underlying diseases and pregnancy. The mortality rate of this group was 60% ; it increased roughly in proportion to the increase of the number of the impaired organ systems and the elevation of body temperature. The sequence of the various system organ failure was as follows: circulatory system, central nervous system, metabolism, respiratory system, kidney, gastrointestinal system and liver.
