摘要
本文以转鼓的重量为目标函数,以强度约束、位移约束、几何约束为约束条件,采用有限元法作应力分析,混合惩罚函数法进行寻优.本文所编制的优化程序可用于多种离心机转鼓的优化设计,并且不受转鼓结构的限制.
In this paper, the mixed- penalty method is used for the strength opti-m zation design of the centrifugal drum, taking the weight of the drum as the objective function, and the stress restrains, the displacement restrains and the geometry restreins as the restrain conditions. The computer progrom written by the author can be used for the optimization design of most centrifugal drum with no limitations for varieties of drum shapes.
