摘要
经两年半的努力,从4000份产后妇女的产道血中筛选出250份 HLA特异性抗血清,阳性率为6.25%,经计算机处理,其中83份血清的 r 值在0.6以上,这83份血清中包括有33个特异性,可供 HLA 系统的各研究领域使用。本研究每份产道血清用40份随机血沉血的白细胞作抗原进行筛选。抗原、抗体均为废物利用,从废物中找宝,省钱省力。本文还比较了用各型标准白细胞作抗原,用随机血沉血的细胞作抗原筛选产道血清以及用胎儿脐带血白细胞作抗原筛选其母亲产道血清三种方法的优缺点。本文还详细地介绍了实验过程中的经验和体会。
250 portions of specific HLA antisera were screened from 4000 portions of the delivery tract blood of lying-in women,the positive frequency was 6.25%.The r-value of 83 portions was more than 0.6,These 83 portions of antisera included 33 HLA specificities. In this research,each blood sample was screened by the leukocyte an- tigens of random 40 persons after erythrocyte sedimentation rate test. The experiences in experimental process were reported in detail in thir paper.
