摘要
乌柏为中国源种树,柏脂富含P—O—P甘油三酸酯,其性质与天然可可脂颇为相似,随着开发利用技术的进步,它已成为我国巧克力工业的国产原料。本试验从1979年开始在全省30个县57个乡选择,初选优株273株,经实地考评复选,筛选出决选优株47株,繁殖嫁接苗。按试验设计试种,经过9年的努力,筛选出白脱柏1号等13个优良无性系。它们在7年生时,每公顷最低产油量832.5kg,最高产油量每公顷为1255kg,亩产油置50kg以上,与对照相比,增产幅度大于30%的标准。
Sapium sebiferum is a native tree species in China. Its vegetable tallow contains large triglyceride P—O—P, which is equivalent with coco butter in nature, thus it has been utilized as a raw material in chocolate industry in China. This trial started in 1979 with 273 elite trees chosed priliminarily from 57 townships belonging to 30 counties in Zhejiang province, from which 47 were finally selected through field observation. The grafted seedlings were propagated and then planted by trial design. With 9-year effort, 13 elite clones such as Butter Tallow Tree No. 1 and so on were selected. At their 7-years old age, the minimum oil output reached 832.5 kg per hectare and maximum output 1255 kg, that is, over 50 kg per mu. The output increased by 30% than that of the control.
