摘要
建立了超声振动切削的滑移线切削模型,导出了振功切削剪切角比普通切削剪切角增大Δφ的表达式,从而明确了影响振动切削剪切角增太的主要因素。
In this paper,the slip line cutting model of ultrasonic vibrating cutting has been set up.By means of this model,the equation of the incre- ment Δφ of ultrasonic vibrating cutting shear angle(compared with conventional cutting shear angle)has been deduced.Therefore,the main factors which effect the increment of vibrating cutting shear angle have been defined.
