摘要
本文联用矩量法和叠加法分析快速静注和内服给药试验的血药浓度-时间数据。研究表明,矩量一叠加联用法是一套完整、简便、客观,适用于临床药物动力学的非室分析法,其结果与经典的室分析法一致(t-检验),值得推广应用。
The practical values of the statistical moment superposition theory in clinical pharmacokinetics have been investigated. The studies shown that the theory was a handy, successful and more objective noncompar-tment theory which was as reliable as the compartment model theory ( t-test ) . It is worth using in clinical pharmacokinetics.
