磷在硅酸钠炉渣和铁─碳合金间的分布

Phosphorus Partition between Soda-Silica Slags and Fe-C Alloys

摘要 本文采用金属液滴与炉渣熔池快速反应的实验方法,对铁水预处理条件下磷在硅酸钠炉渣和铁-碳合金间的分布进行了研究,得出了1350℃时金属含磷量与炉渣碱度,氧化铁含量之间的关系式。实验结果表明,硅酸钠炉渣具有极强的脱磷能力,即使在碱度不超过1时,磷的分配系数也可达几百以上。 Phosphorus partition between soda-silica slags and Fe-C alloys has been studied under conditions similar to those of blast furnace hot metal trea- tment. An experimental technique was employed in which a metal droplet reacts with large quantity of slag so that phosphorus distribution equilibrium was quickly established. Based on the experimental results, the relation, between metal P% and slag basicity, and Fe2O3% was derived.It was round that soda-silica slags posses extraordinary dephosphorisation power and even at basicities below 1, phophorus partition of higher than several hundred can be achieved.
