摘要
A new fluorescence-enhanced phenomenon which occurs by adding La<sup>3+</sup> to the Eu-TTA-Phenanthroline（Phen）-Tween-20 fluorescence system has been first observed. This phenomenon is called the columinescence effect.It is found that the Eu-La-TTA-Phen system in water phase and Tween-20 solution produces quite strong columinescence effect, the fluorescence intensity of Eu<sup>3+</sup>
