红花含油率选择方法的研究

摘要 本试验用9个栽培红花品种为材料,进行了含油率选择方法的研究。结果表明,5个性状中以种壳率对含油率的影响最大,其次是分枝高和株高、通过种壳率进行间接选择可有效提高含油率。这3个性状综合选择对提高含油率的效果大于单一性状的作用。用分枝高、百粒体积、始花开花天数、种壳率构成的选择指数对含油率选择的效果最好。用选择指数对9个参试品种评审结果表明,油酸李德是综合性状优良的最佳油用型品种,UC-26是综合性状最差的低含油率品种。 The experiments were carried out with nine cultivars of Safflower being used as materials. The results showed that hull rate had a greatest influence on oil-bearing rate among 5 characters.Next to it were the height of plants and of their branches. The oil-bearing rate could be raised effectively by indirect seiection through hull rate. The complexive selection of the three characters mentioned above had a better effect on raising oil-bearing rate than the selection of single character. The selection index, which consisted of branch height, one-hundred-seed volume,the number of days during initial blossora and hull rate, had the best effect when it was used for the selection of oil-bearing rate. When the nine varieties were appraised by the selection index, the results showed that Oleic Leed was the best variety with fine complexive characters, while UC-26 was a variety of low oil- bearing rate with the poorest complexive characters.
