摘要
本文从建立空间接触线的数学模型开始,通过计算机运算分析,得出用直母线角度铣刀加工蜗轮滚刀螺旋槽时,其前刀面上出现的经向性误差凸出量。根据它的大小,提出对生产有利的处理方法。
In this paper we begin with the establishment of the mathematical model of the space-contact path, make calculations and analyses by the help of the computer, and get the protuberance of the radial error appearing on the face when the helical pit of the worm gear hob is machined by the angle milling cutter with straight generatrix. Based on the value of the protuberance obtained, we make a suggestion of handling methods for the benefit of manufacture.
