摘要
本文通过热台显微镜、红外光谱分析以及DSC,TGA等分析手段,剖析了一种轻质非织造布材料(136.03g/m^2,ρ=0.034g/cm^3)的化学成份组成结构。通过分析表明,这种轻质非织造布材料是以聚酯纤维为基质,以聚酰胺类化合物为粘合剂,用丙烯酸酯和丙烯腈共聚物制备的空心微状球粒作为填充剂粘合而成。并提出对粘合型非织造布材料,用空心微状球粒作为填充剂是一种较为有效的降低材料密度的方法。
In this papor, the structure and chemical compositions of a low-density nonwoven were analyzed by means of thermomicroscopo, IR, DSC and TGA. The results showed that the nonwoven consisted of fibre core composed of PET fibre, binder of polyamido and filler of hollow microspheres composed of acrylic acid esteracrylicnitrile copolymer. Finally, the authors found that it is an efficient way to reduce the density of nonwoven by using the hollow microspheres.
