摘要
植物油混有的许多杂质对制漆不利,使用前必须进行精制。与间歇法相比,连续法精制植物油具有生产率高、产品质量好、单耗低等优点。介绍了植物油精制工艺流程,比较了间歇法和连续法的技术经济指标。
Vegetable oils should be refined before using, for the existing of many kinds of impurities in it. Compared with discontinuous process, the continuous refining process is characterized by its higher productivity, good quality of products and lower unit consumption, etc. This paper discribed the continuous refining process and compared its technology and economic indicators with that of discontinuous process.
