摘要
抗氧剂300即4,4′-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚),是一种非污染性高效主抗氧剂。本文介绍了以叔丁醇脱水制异丁烯;接着与间甲酚经烷基化制2-叔丁基-5-甲基苯酚;再与二氯化硫缩合得到本产品的合成路线,并着重介绍了在PE、PP、ABS、PA、HIPS、PVC、PET、PU泡沫、环氧树脂和不饱和聚酯中的应用。
Antioxidant 300, 4, 4'-thiodi(6-tert butyl-3-methyl-Phenol), is a pollution-free and effective antioxidant. A synthesizing process for this product, that was produced by a (?)ation of 2-tert butyl-5-methyl phenol which was prepared by the alkylation of m-cresol and isobutene dehydrated from tert butyl alcohol, with sulfur dichloride is given in this paper. The application of antioxidant 300 to PE, PP, ABS, PA, HIPS, PVC, PET, PU foam, epoxy resin and unsaturated polyester is also introduced.
