摘要
本文就金属型离心铸造缸套涂料的剥离进行了研究。认为在以石英粉为主的涂料中加入低熔点耐火材料或助熔剂能使涂料在高温铁水的作用下烧结。利用铸件冷却过程中,被烧结的涂料层与铸件热膨胀系数不同的特性,可使涂料自铸件表面剥离,从而获得表面光洁的铸件,避免了涂料粘附在铁屑上。本文还对洗衣粉在涂料中的悬浮作用和脱模作用作了初步探讨。提出可用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)及表面活性材料代替洗衣粉。
In this paper, an investigation has been carried on in the coating peeling off from the cylinder by the centrifuge die casting, verifying that adding low-melting refractory or flux to the coaling, the primary ingredient being silica flour, causes the coating to sinter under the influence of high-temperature molten iron, with the characteristics of the different hot expansion coefficients between the casting and the sintered ccating during cooling of the casting, the coating can be peeled off from the surface of the casting, obtaining the casting with a smooth surface and keeping the coating from adhering to the reusable iron scrap, Also in this paper, the suspending and drawing effects of the washing powder in the coating have been further examined, and it is suggested that the carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) or surface active agents can be substituted for washing powder.
