摘要
本文介绍了采用人造硅石球作为白水泥粉磨的研磨材料。经试验,该研磨体的化学成分、硬度、比重等和天然河卵石基本相同。采用该研磨材料,可以提高磨机产量,降低球破碎率及水泥球耗费用,具有明显效益。
Using antificial silica ball as a grinding media charge for white cement has been given in this paper. As a result of tests,the chemical composition, hardness and density of grinding media charge are almost the same to the natural river pebble.When using the grinding media charge, good effects can be obtained on increasing mill output, decreasing the rate of ball damage and the cost of ball wear.
