摘要
复合片是继人造金刚石单晶之后发展起来的新型超硬材料.用低温电铸的工艺研制复合片及其钻头在我国还是首次.因为复合片热稳定性差,一般不超过700℃,所以低温工艺接焊复合片钻头一直是世界各国钻头研制者寻求的新方法、新工艺.该工艺不仅最大限度地保护了复合片不受损伤,而且固结强度高,复合片集焊牢固.本文还介绍了为提高复合片钻头经济指标的钻头参数设计问题,如负前角,侧旋角等.通过在玉门油田的生产实验,取得了较为满意的经济效果.
Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) is a new kind of ultrahard material developed after the synthetic diamond monocrystals. It is the first time in China to develop PDC and PDC bits with the technique of low-temperature electroplating. To make PDC bits at low-temperature with new methods has been the research work in many countries because PDC is poor in thermal stability, generally less than 700℃. This new technique not only prevents the PDC far from being damaged by heat but also presents great strength of solidation and fixed insertion of PDC. This paper also discusses bit parameter design to improve the economy of PDC bits, such as negative rake angle and side rotation angle. Some satisfactory economic effects have been achieved during the production tests in Yumen Oil Field.
