摘要
本试验是为10—90公斤体重阶段生长肥育猪筛选最佳配合饲料配方的单因子饲养试验;于试验末结合屠宰试验。试猪选用甘肃白猪,按完全随机区组设计原则分为3个试验组和1个对照组,每组试验猪6头。尽量采用当地饲料配制试验饲料配方和对照饲料配方。根据试验增重、饲料利用率、增重盈利、胴体和肉质四项指标综合评定一组配方为本试验最佳饲料配方。最佳饲料配方组饲养效果为:全期日增重532克,饲养日153天,耗料增重比4.04,头均增重盈利21.97元;屠宰率75.1%,瘦肉率51.0%,鲜肉失水率21.2%。其增重、饲养日、饲料利用率、增重盈利、瘦肉率、鲜肉失水率等指标均明显优于摸拟当地饲养水平的对照饲料配方的效果。
A single factor experiment of sieving optimum formula feed prescription for growing-finishing swine of 10—90kgs was studied and the slaughter test was conducted at the end of test.Gansu-White swine was used.According to complete randomized block design the piglets were divided into 3 treatment groups and 1 control group.There were 6 piglets for each group.Local feeds were used as possible. The optimum formula prescription was evaluated synthetically by weight gain,feed conversion,economical profit and quality of carcass and pork.The prescription I was considered as the optimum one.Its feeding effects in whole period were 532 grams of daily gain,153 days of feeding day,4.04 of feed conversion efficiency,21.97 yuan of gain per pig,75.10% of dressing percentage,51.0% of tean meat percentage and 21.2% of loss water percentage.These indexes listed above were all in excess of contrast prescription.
