摘要
本文为设计一个任意型汽车变速装置推荐了一个汽车功率流的一般算法。开发了汽车变速装置静态和瞬变状态的状态运动方程式。采用本算法不用人工手算而是采用计算机进行。对于汽车变速装置的运动特性只考虑推导其角速度和转矩,不考虑振动和噪音的影响。汽车变速装置限定的基本元件有:行星齿轮传动,离合器,制动器,轴,普通齿轮和惯性件,该变速装置限定于由这些元件组成。该变速装置的一般算式产生于变速装置的各档和换档状态。采用基于这些算法开发的软件可以设计具有一任意功率流的汽车变速装置。所提供的这些算式,设计双行星齿轮传动和仿真结果和实验结果比较表明十分吻合。
In this paper, the automatic power flow generation algorithm for designing an arbitrary type oi automatic transmission system is proposed. The state equations of motion for the steady state and transient state of the automatic transmission system are developed, not by human hands but by the computer using this algorithm. The deliveries of the angular velocities and torques are only considered for the motion characteristics of the automatic transmission system. The effects of the vibration and noise are not considered. The automatic transmission system is defined by the basic elements, i.e. planetary gear set, clutch, brake, shaft, general gear, and inertia. The transmission system is defined by the combination of these elements. The automatic system components generation algorithm generates the automatic transmission system at each shift and during shifts. An automatic transmission system having an arbitrary power flow can be designed automatically by the software developed based on these algorithms. To prove these algorithms, the double planetary gear system is designed and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results and show good agreement.
