摘要
首次将激光散斑计量术应用到具有大变形,粘弹性的高分子材料——聚乙烯的力学破坏行为研究中。对单边开裂纹的试件,用散斑计量术精确地测量裂纹尖端感兴趣点的位移,方便地得出裂纹张开位移随载荷变化曲线,并对裂纹尖端的位移场作了全场分析。为高分子材料的宏观破坏研究提供了一个新的有效手段。
For the first time laser speckle metrology is applied to research on fracture behavior of HDPE. To the specimen with single edge crack, interesting displacement of points around the tip of crack is accurately measured. It is convenient to get loading-displacement opening crack curve and displacement distribution around the tip of crack, simultaneously to get full-field displacement with Fourier transfer. So laser speckle metrology provides a new way for studying the fracture behavior of polymer material.
