摘要
本文报告26例急性肠道传播的非甲非乙型肝炎〔HNANB(E)〕病人肝穿活检标本的电镜观察结果。急性期肝细胞以疏松变性为主。肝细胞核内、Kupffer细胞和窦壁内皮细胞的胞浆内均可见到直径为27～30nm的病毒样颗粒。胆小管内有明显的淤胆。恢复期肝细胞结构变化更为明显,井有慢性化倾向。
Liver biopsies specimens were obtained from 26 cases withacute HNANB(E) patients and observed with electron microscope. The loose degeneration was mainly manifested in the hepatic cells of acute HNANB(E). Round virus-like particles(27-30nm in diameter) could be seen in the nucleus of hepatic cells, cytoplasms of Kupffer cells and the endothelial cells of the liver sinusoid capillaries. Obvious bile stasis was seen in the bile canaliculi. More prominent ultrapathologic changes were observed in the recovering patien-ts. The focal cytoplasmic degradation was clearly increased.In Disse′s spacens, ew-born collagen bundles were found and the fat-storing cells were seen easily.
