磁场对环氧树脂固化及电绝缘性能的影响

摘要 本文研究了恒定磁场对E-51双酚A型环氧树脂、甲基纳迪克酸酐及2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑体系固化的影响。结果表明,由于磁场对大分子有取向作用,使固化物的结构更加致密有序,使得体积电阻率提高1~4倍。 Effects of a constant magnetic field(CMF)on the crosslinking of E-51 epoxy resin with methyl nadic anhydride and 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole have been studied by measuring the bulk resistivity of curing resin and by the methods of infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Effects of CMF on the curing process and of magnetization before curing have been discussed. It shows that the crosslinking structure of epoxy resin treated by CMF is packed more tightly and more regularly because of the orientation of macromolecules. Thus, the bulk resistivity of curing epoxy resin is increased by 1~4 times.
