摘要
本文阐述了西藏开展继续医学教育工作的特殊必要性,总结了从西藏实际出发,多形式、多层次、多渠道开展继续医学教育的具体做法,提出了领导重视是搞好继续医学教育工作的根本保证。西藏的卫生事业得到过全国的支援。本文供一切关心西藏卫生事业,特别是关心西藏继续医学教育事业的人们一读。
This paper deais with problems of developing continuing medical education in Tibet. It manifest that the development of CME is especially important and necessary in this area. A training system have been set up by various modalities, levets, channels with some satisfactory results based on the real situation of Tibet.The key role of it's development is also discussed in this article.
