摘要
本文总结了体层摄影结合纤维支气管镜检查诊断肺癌105例的临床实践。探讨两者结合对提高肺癌诊断效果的价值,以及两者在形态学上的联系与差别。我们旨在强调两者配合取长补短的重要意义,并讨论体层摄影中某些X线征象的诊断意义。
The significance of combined tomography and fiberopticbronchoscopy in the diagnosis of lung cancer was evaluated.Simulta-neous application of these two techniques has been proved in increasingthe diagnostic efficacy and their morphological relationship analyzed.Some special features of tomography were discussed.
