摘要
本文用红外光谱法测定了聚乙烯醇缩甲醛的缩合度,测定了缩合反应中甲醛浓度对缩合度的影响,证明缩合度与甲醛浓度呈线性关系。本文还给出了缩合度随甲醛浓度增加的变化曲线,为聚乙烯醇缩甲醛在粘合剂、涂料、胶水等方面的合理使用提供了依据。
The Condensation degree of polyrinyl formal was measured by IRS. We find that below the concentration of methanal at which the condensation degree of polyvinyl formal and the Concentration of mcthanal show the Linear relationship.we depit the change of condensation of methanal in Fig.It is important to use in the industrial product of adhesive,Colloidal agent and so on.
