摘要
用放射免疫测定法测定了9份华支睾吸虫和9份猪囊尾蚴匀浆中cAMP和cGMP的含量。cAMP的平均值各为82.1±7.26PM/10mg蛋白质和58.5±4.28pM/10mg蛋自质;cGMP的平均值各为20.1±2.4PM/10mg蛋白质和18.8±2.3pM/10mg蛋白质。结果提示这两种寄生虫虫体匀浆中cAMP和cGMP的测定,可能有助于对寄生虫代谢的调节机制的了解,并为寄生虫虫体内存在着cAMP第二信使提供了有力的证据。
The concentrations of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMp) in homogenates of Clonorchis si-nensis and Cysticercus cellulosae were determined by radioirnmunoassay. The average concentrations of cAMP in these two parasites were 82.l±7.29pM /10mg of protein and 58.5±4.28pM/10mg of protein respectively, whereas the average concentrations of cGMP were 20.1±2.4pM/10mg of protein and 18.8±2.3pM/10mg of protein respectively. The determination of cAMP and cGMP in homogenaes of parasites might be helpful in understanding the regulating mechanism for the metabolism of parasites. The results showed thar such biological active materials also exist in some parasites. This provided a strong evidence for the existence of cAMp second messen-ger in parasites.
