摘要
观察了三代组培蔗及其第一年宿根大田主要农艺性状,结果表明:组培甘蔗第一、二代和宿根糖分含量不及供体;第三代较供体略好。茎径比供体小,差异明显。有效茎则明显多于供体。蔗产量、糖产量第二代及宿根组培蔗优于供体。组培蔗植株第一代有6%的形态变异,变异没有遗传性。讨论了甘蔗组培苗的应用价值。
The main agronomical characters of three agamobiums of callus derived sugarcane and the first stubble sugarcane,have been observed.The result shows that the sucrose content is higher in the donor than in the tissue cultural cane at the first and second agamobiums,and the first stubble cane.But that in the 3th agamobium is a little better than that in the donor.The stalk diameter of callus derived cane is very markedly smaller,but the effective stalks are more than those of the donor remarkably.The cane tonnage and yield of cane sugar of second agamobium of the callus derived sugarcane and the first stubble sugarcane are higher than those of the donor.The first agamobium of callus derived sugarcane is not as well as the donor.There are 60% of morphological variations in the stool population of the first agamobium of callus derived sugarcane,which are not heritable.The application value of sugarcane tissue culture on commereiality was discussed.
