摘要
对176例食管静脉曲张患者进行了519次硬化治疗其中急性出血63例,近期出血73例,有出血史者24例,无出血史者16例。进行了3～36个月随访观察,认为此法止血成功率高,且安全重覆注射可大大降低再出血发生率。对如何提高长期疗效及减少并发症进行了讨论。
176 patients with esophageal varices consecutively underwent sclerotherapy for 519 times, among whom 63 were with acute hemorrhage history, and 16 without hemorrhage. Observation of follow-up from3 to 36 months suggested that this therapy was effective and safe for hemostasis, and its repeated used could decrease significantly rebleeding. How to promote long effect and lessen complications was discussed.
