摘要
论述IC技术下霍尔元件的新生,介绍霍尔IC的特性,主要参数,选用和设计方法。最后有应用的实例及曲线。
The Hall devices get regenerations in the development of integrating techniques of circuit. This paper discusses the Hall IC devices including Hall's characteristic curves, major paramenters and the methods of circuit design. Finally the paper gives some examples and graphs of Hall applications.
