摘要
本文报告了三种不同电焊尘(结507、结422、奥507)对大鼠肺的致纤维化作用。结果表明三种焊法均可引起染尘大鼠全肺干重及胶原蛋白含量增高,染尘后6个月(100mg 组)和12个月(50mg 组)肺内尘细胞灶可见胶原纤维增生,其中以结507组最明显。作者认为肺内Fe、Mn 含量增高可能与肺纤维化有关。
Fibrogenic effects of three kinds of different welding fumes(J-507,J-422 and0-507)on rat lungs were reported.The results showed that all of the welding fumescaused the increase of dry weight and contents of collagen in the whole lung of dustinfested rats.Also some fine collagen fibers were found in the dust laden cell foci oflungs of 50mg and 100mg group at 12 and 6 months after dusting.The fibrogenic ef-fect of J-507 was the most obvious among three kinds of welding fumes.The authorsconsider that the fibrosis of rat lungs could be related to the increase of content of Feand Mn in lung tissues.
